SmartLytics is InnoHat’s pre-built HR analytics product that sits on top of any HCM solution to provide meaningful insights into business operations, via pre-defined dashboards. Thus, SmartLytics transforms simple data into powerful information, enabling intelligent decisions.

The product is modular. Each module provides deep insights to a particular sub-function within the HR department. Accordingly, it has Employee Insights; Leave and Absence Insights; Time and Attendance Insights; Recruitment Insights; Compensation Insights; Attrition Insights etc.

Each of these modules have a pre-architected data model, pre-defined extraction logic and pre-designed reports and dashboards to view information across 15-20 dimensions. Each module has close to 40-50 reports.

 

The entire solution has been built using Microsoft stack – MS SQL Server, SSIS and MS Power BI.
