SmartConnect is an intelligent Payroll connector from InnoHat, that helps in connecting any or many HRMS applications to a target Payroll application. While the image below depicts the Ramco variant, this connector could connect any payroll product with any HRMS application.

The product helps in processing the employee data, aligning it to target Payroll’s expected format and loading into the respective payroll’s datastores to make it ready for processing.
