InnoHat learning is a division of InnoHat systems that offers tailor-made, career-enhancing, use-case driven training sessions on Hyper Automation Technologies.

It caters to various cross-section of people who would want to build or reinforce their career in Hyper Automation areas.

InnoHat learning offers both Live-Virtual and Recorded classes. Standard and Custom Live-virtual training courses are conducted for the following categories of people.

Students/Fresh Graduates

This is a 6-month program targeted at final year/pre-final year students or fresh out-of-the-college graduates. This package includes 6 weeks of internship in reputed companies as well
We have currently two streams of standard training as part of our curriculum conducted as monthly batches.
1. Automation Stream wherein the emphasis is on RPA and AI along with basics of Python programming. This is further demarcated based on product offerings such as UiPath and Microsoft.

2. Analytics Stream wherein the emphasis would be on SQL and BI. Sessions would cover deeper aspects of SQL, Data Modeling and Power BI based data visualization techniques.

Working Professionals

Considering the prominence and focus Hyper Automation is garnering amongst enterprises, business and IT teams must urgently equip themselves on technology options that would be relevant for them.
InnoHat learning provides them with a wonderful opportunity to learn domain-specific Hyper Automation. Our 3-month standard programs targeted at finance and HR professionals, tailor-made so that professional users from these domains not only learn the RPA and AI (UiPath or Microsoft) but would also be able to work on their specific use cases.

For example, finance professionals would be able to work on specific use cases from their domain such as Three-way matching, Bank Reconciliation, Expense claim validation, Data preparation for statutory etc. Similarly, HR professionals can learn to automate manual activities related to Onboarding, Resume parsing and shortlisting, Data preparation for payroll processing etc.

Homemakers

This is a 3-month program specifically targeted at home makers who are technically inclined or qualified and who are looking to return to their careers after a break. InnoHat learning provides them excellent opportunities to reskill/upskill themselves in the cutting-edge technology space so that they can return successfully. We again have two streams currently from which they can choose from.

This is a custom-program for Enterprises who would want to train their team on RPA, AI, BI, Data Engineering or Data Science technologies
Recorded sessions are use-case based and specifically targeted at professionals who would want to use RPA for a specific use case
